The Virtual Memory is low.  How can this be fixed?
There has been a message saying that Microsoft is "increasing" my virtual memory, but the message "Virtual Memory is low..." or "Out at line .... " is coming on and the screen has been flickering a little.

For example, 500 and 500. The value should be at least 1.5 times more than your physical RAM.
